La Maison Thai
Thai
A Thai restaurant in a Belgian village square, dressed in tropical hardwood carvings, Buddha statues, and paintings that make the whole room feel transplanted. The menu runs long and leans classic, massaman curry, spring rolls, the kind of dishes that have no reason to modernize themselves. The Thai fondue is a draw too, though you'll need to call ahead. Michelin hands it a Bib Gourmand, which in a hamlet like Ouffet is its own small surprise.
