Sand underfoot and the Mediterranean straight ahead: La Milla started life as a humble beach bar and has grown into a polished seafood restaurant without losing the plot. The terraces at Playa de los Nagüeles make it hard to concentrate on the menu, which leans into Andalusian fish and shellfish with enough modern restraint to feel current rather than fussy. A charcoal grill does serious work here.
