The menus read like screenplays, complete with storyboards, because the chef Jean Imbert built this fine dining room inside the Cannes Film Festival's spiritual home as a love letter to cinema. Wood paneling that belongs on a Hollywood-era yacht, film props and posters everywhere, and a Michelin-starred kitchen leaning hard on the sea and Provence for its ingredients. Glamorous in the way that only makes sense here, on the Croisette.
