La Peca is a two Michelin star fine dining restaurant in the Veneto countryside where the Portinari family has been cooking for generations. The menu is broad enough to feel generous rather than edited, and three tasting menus exist for anyone who'd rather be led. The cooking is technical without announcing itself, which is a harder trick than it sounds.
