    Black-and-white isn't a color scheme here so much as a philosophy. La Suite West is a boutique hotel on a Victorian terrace in Bayswater, and the gap between its period facade and the stark, Zen-calm interior Anouska Hempel has installed inside is pretty much the whole point. Hyde Park is a short walk one way, Paddington and the Heathrow Express the other. No alcohol on the premises, though guests are free to bring their own.
