A former bakery turned Alpine chalet restaurant, with an open kitchen, velvet seating, and glazed wine cellars tucked into a village under the Miage peaks. The chef runs a single seasonal set menu built around Lake Geneva fish and local duck, so the choice is essentially made for you, which is part of the point. Wood, stone, and a cosy bar round out the room. It holds a Michelin star. In summer, the terrace looks out over the Mont Blanc massif.
