The Neumaier family works both sides of the pass, with a mother running the floor and sons now cooking alongside their father. The menu leans into regional tradition with a seasonal eye, and the terrace in warm weather makes the rural setting feel almost unfairly good. Guestrooms are available next door if leaving seems like too much effort.
