Landhaus Zum Falken
Regional German
The inn keeps bees, tends its own vineyard, and makes fruit brandies in the cellar, which tells you most of what you need to know about the philosophy here. This is a cosy, rustic country inn in the Tauber Valley, the kind where the kitchen leans hard on whatever is local and seasonal. The team even makes sausages in-house, served Thursdays and Fridays. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and the guestrooms are available if the brandy gets the better of you.
