A young couple runs this contemporary tasting-menu restaurant out of a centuries-old stone house in rural Galicia, the dining room converted from the former stable. The kitchen grows much of what it serves and leans on the surrounding coast and meadows too, though vegetables quietly dominate the plates. A single surprise menu, and no choices to agonize over, which is either a relief or a dealbreaker depending on who you are.
