Lankford's is a Houston burger-and-milkshake counter that has been feeding the neighborhood since before anyone thought to call it a scene. The Grim stacks macaroni and cheese, bacon, jalapeño, and a sunny-side-up egg on a beef patty, which is less a sandwich than a dare.
