Las Mananitas

This small, colonial-style hotel in Cuernavaca sits an hour from Mexico City and a world away from the mega-resort circuit, with 21 rooms and suites arranged around lush central gardens, each with its own private terrace. The restaurant is what draws most of the conversation, but the rooms earn their keep in charm and quiet comfort.
