    A curved white ceiling arcs over exposed stone walls inside this two-Michelin-starred fine dining room on the old ramparts of Saint-Rémy. Fanny Rey runs the kitchen with a menu built around the Alpilles, seafood, and market greens; her partner Jonathan Wahid, a former French pastry champion, closes with the figs and strawberries that make Provence worth the detour in the first place.
