Lazarus Stube im Oberschwäbischen Hof
Regional German
A regional German restaurant in a small Swabian town where the house-made Maultaschen and Zwiebelrostbraten are the whole point, not a concession to tourists. The kitchen leans on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and changes the menu accordingly. Service is warm without hovering. The wine list is wide-ranging and shared with the more ambitious tasting-menu restaurant next door, which tells you something about how seriously the cellar is taken.
