Contemporary Italian
A sibling act runs this Michelin-starred contemporary restaurant in the Veneto flatlands: one in the dining room, one in the kitchen, both clearly in charge. The tasting menus lean on regional fish, meat, and vegetables, with a shorter produce-forward menu that changes weekly. The wine list is serious enough that you should let someone talk you through it. The cooking is technically ambitious without announcing itself, which in this part of Italy feels like the right call.
