Le Antiche Sere

A small seafood trattoria on the brackish edge of Lake Lesina, where the menu follows the waters on both sides of the shoreline, lake fish alongside sea fish, all cooked in the regional tradition with just enough modern colour to keep it interesting. The kitchen holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and the dessert that gets talked about is a "rigatoni al pomodoro," puffed pasta tubes filled with whipped ricotta and tomato jam.
