    The dining room at EHL's hospitality school, which holds a Michelin star, has a view of the Alps and a brigade that includes several Meilleurs Ouvriers de France on the teaching staff. The food lands somewhere between classic French and quietly contemporary, technically sharp in a way that reminds you these students have something to prove. It is, in the most productive sense, a classroom you can eat in.
