This is the more relaxed sibling of a fine dining room above Montreux, a bistro running contemporary French food at prices that don't require a second mortgage. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand. Regional touches run through the menu, from Lake Geneva pike to local lamb, and the chocolate tart is apparently non-negotiable.
