Le Bristol
French
Dahlia motifs climb the orange walls, gilded columns catch the light, and a grand staircase drops to open kitchens on the lower level, making 114 Faubourg one of the more theatrical brasserie rooms in Paris. The menu runs through French classics with just enough quiet invention to keep things interesting. A Michelin star and a Forbes Five Star sit on the shelf. This is Le Bristol's more casual option, which still requires a certain definition of casual.
