Le Carré des Saveurs

The terroir on the plate here comes partly from the estate itself, since the kitchen serves wines and olive oil produced on-site at this old silkworm farm outside Barjac. It's a relaxed Provençal restaurant with a contemporary dining room and a courtyard terrace, where the cooking leans into regional tradition, slow-braised beef, aubergine, local olive oil, without making a fuss about it. Guestrooms are available if the drive back feels too ambitious.
