Le Clocher des Pères

A former 15th-century stronghold in a mountain hamlet at 600 meters, converted into a Michelin-starred restaurant with stone walls and picture windows framing the Belledonne range. Only five round tables fill the dining room, which keeps things intimate in the way that makes you feel like you've stumbled onto someone's well-kept secret. The chef works local alpine produce, garden herbs, and the occasional exotic flourish into creative, carefully composed menus. Guestrooms available if you'd rather not drive back down.
