Le Couchetat
Chilean New American
Sitting at 900 meters above La Bresse in a proper Vosges chalet, Le Couchetat is a hotel-restaurant where a Norman chef and his Chilean pastry-chef partner have quietly spliced the mountains with South America. The kitchen leans into local produce, then veers sideways with a sweetcorn emulsion or churros with dulce de leche, because why not. A more traditional set menu keeps the purists happy too.
