Le Georges
Modern French
The Grand Marnier soufflé alone has regulars planning return visits before the bill arrives. Le Georges is the fine dining room inside the Grand Monarque hotel, a Michelin-starred restaurant where the chef works nose-to-tail with local producers from the surrounding regions. The wine cellar runs to some 3,000 vintages, leaning heavily on Val de Loire labels, which is either a blessing or a very long evening depending on your self-control.
