Le Grand Hôtel des Bains

The clapboard-and-navy aesthetic is New England, which is a little funny given you're squarely on the Breton coast, but the combination lands better than it should. This seaside hotel has a Marine Spa and indoor pool as anchors, plus a private beach when the weather cooperates.
