Le Hameau de Saparale

A former self-sufficient hamlet in the Corsican hills, with its own vines, olive trees, and orange groves still producing today. The 16 rooms in the main stone building keep their original beams and wide-plank floors; a few have vineyard terraces. Former sheepfolds, converted to private villas with heated pools and hammams, offer more seclusion. The restaurant leans on the kitchen garden and the estate's own wine.
