    A modern restaurant on the Côte d'Émeraude where the chef left serious kitchens to cook the Brittany he grew up in. The room is tidy and bright, the service unhurried, and the cooking leans on coastal ingredients handled with real technique. One half of the couple runs the kitchen, the other runs the room with evident warmth, which is a dynamic that tends to show up on the plate.
