Le Logis Sainte Catherine

The former fire station at the foot of the abbey is now a seafood-forward restaurant doing quiet penance for Mont Saint-Michel's historically underwhelming food scene. Wood, stone, and copper inside; sweeping bay views from the terrace. The menu leans on local fish, shellfish, and crustaceans with the seasons, plus a little meat for those unmoved by the tides.
