Le Moulin de L'Imaginaire
Traditional French
The old millworks are still visible beneath the glass floor in the entrance hall, which sets the tone for a contemporary bistro that hasn't forgotten what it is. The chef, a local from nearby Brive, cooks hearty traditional French food built around regional ingredients. The terrace hangs over the Vézère with a view of a medieval stone bridge, and the menu reads like a proper Sunday lunch someone's grandmother would approve of.
