Le Pérou
Peruvian
A Peruvian restaurant tucked into the French Alps, where the kitchen ships produce straight from the Andes via Spain because, apparently, local sourcing has its limits. The chef and her team are all from Peru, and the menu runs the full sweep of the tradition: ceviches, tiradito, lomo saltado. It reads like a mirage in Savoie, but the flavors make a convincing case for the detour.
