LECH-LINE
Modern New American
A converted train station hall in Landsberg am Lech, all exposed industrial bones and a surprisingly easy atmosphere for a one-Michelin-star restaurant. The menu calls itself a gourmet bistro, which about sums it up: modern, creative cooking that the chef cheerfully labels "cheeky," with a longer fine dining menu on weekends for anyone who wants the full commitment. The bar at the end of the room does its job well.
