    A traditional inn in the Styrian mountains where the kitchen team met at Vienna's Steirereck before coming home to run the family place. The menu leans hard on the region, schnitzel from local Duroc pork, char pulled from a nearby fish farm, venison depending on the season. The Bib Gourmand reflects the cooking's seriousness without the prices to match. In summer the larch terrace is where you want to be.
