Lunch under the arcades of Place Nationale, Montauban's grand central square. This is a family-run modern bistro where the menu rotates every two weeks to follow what's local and seasonal. The room stretches back with a vaulted ceiling that opens onto the kitchen, and the terrace is an obvious draw. The name is a nod to the five family members who run it, which is either charming or the kind of thing that ends up on a chalkboard.
