A single fixed menu is the whole offer here, a modern Alpine restaurant perched above Arêches with views of the peaks that make the terrace feel slightly unfair to everywhere else. The chef forages local herbs you've probably never cooked with, hogweed and yarrow among them, and folds them into cooking that's colorful and seasonal without being showy. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand. Five rooms upstairs if you'd rather not drive back down the mountain.
