Waxed concrete floors under exposed beams set the tone at this former village café, now a quietly confident modern restaurant run by a duo who trained together at one of the Landes region's most storied tables. The cooking takes traditional foundations and tilts them sideways, with seasonal produce doing most of the talking. On warm days, there are two terraces, one facing the street and one tucked into the courtyard for those who prefer their lunch without an audience.
