A splendid villa turned intimate dining room, where the couple running it converted their living room into a restaurant and kept the warmth you'd expect from that. The monthly set menu follows the chef's precise, restrained style, and the front-of-house team has a habit of offering seconds on the main course, which tells you most of what you need to know about the spirit here. Modern French, unhurried, and decidedly not a place for a quick bite.
