Set inside the historic Weingut Künstler winery, this French contemporary restaurant takes its name from the two sisters whose Norman roots shaped its kitchen. The team now runs set menus of three to seven courses, with wine poured from both France and the estate itself. The room is calm and considered, all muted tones and modern detailing inside old walls. Sunday lunch opens things up to à la carte for anyone who prefers to roam.
