This Michelin-starred creative restaurant leans hard into the Atlantic coast, running sardine and mackerel alongside fancier catches in dishes the chef keeps light and precise. Weekday lunches shift into bistronomy mode, which is a polite way of saying the cooking stays serious but your wallet gets a break.
