Tables on the terrace here look straight out over Lake Hossegor, which makes it easy to forgive the fact that everyone else has found it too. This is a polished restaurant where the chef trained under Gérald Passedat and leans on the immediate landscape, fish from Capbreton's market and poultry from the Landes, shaped into seasonal and tasting menus. The bright bistro room works fine when the wind picks up.
