    A small luxury hotel and spa set in an 18th-century manor on the countryside road that Cézanne walked obsessively to paint Sainte-Victoire. The old house holds rooms and suites with a quietly modern edge; three freestanding villas go further, into full contemporary minimalism. The restaurant swings between brasserie and gastronomic menus, both rooted in the flavors of Provence. The Michelin Guide awards it one Key.
