Les Minots de la Garrigue
Mediterranean
A sun-soaked Mediterranean restaurant where a former tobacco shop has been swapped for trailing plants, a large open-air patio, and walls painted in blue, pink, and orange. Two brothers run it as a proper family operation, one cooking market-driven fish and vegetable dishes, the other keeping the room warm. Prices stay well south of what you'd expect this close to the coast, and lunch on the patio on a clear Hyères afternoon is not a bad problem to have.
