A country restaurant in a Belgian village small enough that the name of the square is probably also the name of the family. The kitchen runs on market produce and a studied lack of fussiness, turning out generous, rustic French plates where the ingredients do the talking. It reads like a farmhouse table that happens to have a proper wine list, and the welcome is the kind that makes you feel you owe them a postcard afterward.
