Inside, it's a quietly elegant fine dining room where a husband-and-wife team, both locals who trained under Bernard Loiseau and Georges Blanc, cook modern French food anchored in vegetables and plants from nearby producers. The menu turns with the seasons rather than fighting them. One Michelin star.
