L'Hostellerie du Moulin des Oliviers

Nine rooms spread across a main house, a treehouse, and a hilltop dovecote, deep in the Corsican maquis above Propriano Bay. This small, secluded hotel keeps things quiet by design, with outdoor Jacuzzis, Mediterranean views, and olive trees doing most of the decorating. A complimentary shuttle runs to one of the island's more scenic beaches when the panoramic terrace stops being enough, which takes a while.
