A boutique hotel inside a converted Catholic church, right against the ramparts of El Jadida's old Portuguese city. Fourteen rooms split between the original convent and a former American consulate annex, each furnished with antiques sourced from markets across Morocco. Blue and white tile and chandeliers meet carved lattices and stucco in a way that somehow doesn't feel forced. Mint tea in the old nave, ocean views at the café downstairs.
