    A Michelin-starred fine dining room tucked into a small Austrian town, which is either charmingly surprising or exactly what you'd expect from this corner of Styria. The set menu runs four to six courses built around serious regional sourcing, and the kitchen clearly knows what it's doing with local fish and produce. In summer, the glass wall opens up and the whole room feels like a terrace. The crowd dresses up, but not uncomfortably so.
