Liostasi Hotel

Liostasi has an open-air cinema on its terrace, which tells you most of what you need to know about the ambition here. It's a boutique hotel on Ios, a Cycladic island slightly off the tourist stampede, and every room comes with a balcony view over the harbor. Whitewashed walls meet contemporary art inside, a couple of suites have plunge pools, and there's an Elemis spa for the afternoons when the pool stops being enough.
