Modern Spanish
Open fireplaces and the whitewashed feel of a Menorcan farmhouse are doing a lot of work on the outskirts of Valladolid, which is not where you'd expect to find them. This is a modern Spanish restaurant where the kitchen takes traditional Castilian cooking and quietly rearranges it, running aged beef and slow-braised tripe alongside Albufera rice dishes that feel genuinely at home here. The room leans romantic, so dress accordingly.
