    Llavor means "seed" in Valencian, and the kitchen takes that idea seriously, tracing almost everything back to the farms, coastline, and mountains of Castellón province. It's a tasting-menu restaurant perched in a residential hillside above Oropesa del Mar, with a terrace that opens onto Mediterranean views wide enough to make you forget you drove through a suburb to get here. The cooking holds a Michelin star, and the two young local chefs behind it earn it through restless creativity rather than ceremony.
