Everything in this small bistro on Lake Balaton's southern shore comes from the region, and they mean everything, from the furniture to the food. Rustic small plates carry a traditional Hungarian heart, built around local producers and whatever the kitchen is fixed on right now. You order four plates per person, or hand the decision to the chef entirely. A village address keeps the room unpretentious, and the lake is a short walk away.
