    The Manchego cheesecake has apparently won awards on its own, which tells you something about how seriously this family-run restaurant takes its region. Two brothers run the room, one front, one back, and the kitchen leans into Castilian hunting traditions while keeping the cooking creative. Meals open with small bites and sharing plates before things get properly serious. A solid find in central Talavera de la Reina.
