More candles than tables, and there are only four tables, so do the math. Luisl Stube is an intimate fine-dining room tucked inside a historic South Tyrolean residence, all antique wood paneling and chandelier glow. The chef runs two tasting menus, one vegetarian and one not, designed to be woven together however you like. A Michelin star, and a sommelier who gravitates toward older vintages with an enthusiasm that borders on evangelical.
